The Hearn Scout Shop Is a National Scout
Shop. A National Scout Shop is a full line Scouting retail
store owned and operated by the National Council BSA Supply
Division usually inside a BSA Council Service Center.
The local council rents Supply Division the space, and
Supply Division provides the fixtures, inventory, and
staff. Councils choose to have a National Scout Shop so
they can concentrate their resources and energy on the
primary mission of presenting and establishing the program
of the Boy Scouts of America.
